Right of Withdrawal

The following information applies to consumers within the meaning of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) who book coaching services via the website, by email, by telephone, or by any other means outside the business premises of Anna Weinberger, MA (distance and off-premises contracts pursuant to the Austrian FAGG).

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract (booking confirmation).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from the contract. We shall use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Early Commencement of Services

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided by the time you inform us of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, in comparison with the full scope of services provided for in the contract.

4. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires for service contracts when the service has been fully performed and performance was commenced only after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract (§ 18 para. 1 no. 1 FAGG).

6. Legal Basis

This withdrawal policy is based on the following Austrian legal provisions:

– Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG), in particular §§ 11, 12, 16, 18
– Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), in particular §§ 3, 5e
– Consumer Rights Directive (Directive 2011/83/EU)
