2. Principles of Data Processing
We only process personal data to the extent necessary for the provision of a functional website and our coaching services. Processing is carried out on the basis of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). Further processing only takes place with your consent or on the basis of a legal permission.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds:
– Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): Where you have given your express consent to the processing.
– Contractual performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): Where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures.
– Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): Where a legal obligation requires the processing (e.g. tax retention obligations).
– Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): Where processing is necessary for the purposes of legitimate interests.
4. Data Collected During Website Visits
When visiting our website, the following data is automatically collected in server log files:

– Amount of data transferred

– Referrer URL (previously visited page)
This data is used exclusively to ensure trouble-free operation of the website and to improve our offering. It does not allow any conclusions about your person. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interests). The data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
5. Contact Form and Email Contact
When you contact us via the contact form or by email, the following data is processed:

– Email address
– Subject and content of your message
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry). Your data will be deleted after your enquiry has been fully processed, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.
6. Coaching Services
In the course of our coaching work, we process the following data:
– Contact details (name, address, email, phone)
– Coaching notes and session records
– Billing data
Processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contractual performance). Coaching notes and session records are deleted after the end of the coaching relationship and the expiry of statutory retention periods. The Coach is subject to a professional duty of confidentiality.
7. Cookies
This website uses no cookies and employs no tracking. No analytics tools such as Google Analytics or comparable services are used.
8. Hosting
Our website is hosted by a professional hosting provider. When accessing the website, the data mentioned in section 4 is processed by the host. This is necessary for the provision of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the host.
9. Disclosure of Data to Third Parties
Your personal data will only be disclosed to third parties:
– with your express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR),
– where necessary for the performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR),
– where a legal obligation exists (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR),

No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.
10. Storage Duration
Personal data is only stored for as long as necessary for the respective processing purpose or as required by statutory retention periods:
– Accounting records: 7 years (§ 132 BAO)
– Contact enquiries: until final processing
– Coaching documentation: until the end of the coaching relationship + 3 years (limitation period)
– Server log files: 30 days

You have the following rights at any time with regard to your stored personal data:
– Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): You may request information about the data we process.
– Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You may request the correction of inaccurate data.
– Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR): You may request the deletion of your data, provided no statutory retention obligations apply.
– Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR): You may request the restriction of processing.
– Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You may request the transfer of your data in a commonly used, machine-readable format.
– Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): You may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
– Right to withdraw consent (Art. 7(3) GDPR): You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
