About Me
Hello — I'm glad you're here.
I'm Anna Weinberger — a certified systemic coach, certified dyslexia trainer, and someone who knows what it feels like when life asks questions you can't find answers to for a long time.
I grew up in Belarus, between three languages, three cultures, and a childhood that taught me early on: sometimes you have to find your own answers. My father was violent, my mother couldn't protect me — and so I grew up very fast. The questions that stayed with me — Why me? What did I do wrong? What if … — never really left.
Those very questions eventually led me to coaching. Not as a detour. But as the logical next step.
What I bring
I studied mathematics, worked as a teacher at schools and universities, and gave private tutoring for over 20 years. In that time I spent thousands of hours with students — and learned: the problem is rarely in the math. It's in the fear of asking a question. The pressure from home. The feeling of not being good enough.
At some point, explaining math wasn't enough anymore. I wanted to go deeper. So in 2026 I trained as a systemic coach at Coachinghaus Vienna. That same year I also earned my diploma as a dyslexia trainer.
How I work
I firmly believe: the answer to every question lives within us. Coaching doesn't give advice — coaching helps you find your own answers. That's the difference between someone telling you what to do, and someone sitting with you to discover what you already know but haven't yet heard.
There are no stupid questions here. No judgments. No top-down pressure. We talk as equals — whether you're 12 or 52.
Every time a client reaches a moment of clarity, I think: yes. That's exactly why I do this.
Who I'm here for
For students who feel stuck at school. For parents who don't know how to help anymore. For people who want to change something — but don't yet know how. And for everyone who simply needs someone who truly listens.
In German. In English. In Russian. In Ukrainian.
I am a guide for people who want to change something — but don't yet know how.
